Followed by Needles and most recently another young star, Tim Bentley. Updated: A source from within the Morewood camp has confirmed that by mutual agreement Nathan Rennie will be returning back to Australia to rehab his injured knee. Taking Rennies place on the team will be French rider Fabien Cousinie from the satellite Morewood United team. An official press release will be issued tomorrow. We will keep you posted.
Rumors are flying about this morning regarding Kenda / Morewood rider Nathan Rennie. After his first half of the season didn’t show the results he had hoped for, it is reported that he has decided to head home to Australia and focus on the world champs in September. Its clear that Rennie has not performed as he can thus far in the 2009 season, so if this is true it would probably offer him a good opportunity to get himself back on track.
We will see if we can get some more info on this story and will keep you updated as we hear more.
On the morning of the finals we managed to get some shots of the new Kenda / Morewood team bikes. It is really awesome to see the local company competing on the world cup circuit this year, and the team riders Makulu’s look amazing. (more…)
