Fresh from his 2nd place overall at round 4 of the KZN DH Series here is the Bohemian Alex Bramley…

Trying to get a straight answer out of this guy is like pedaling my DH bike uphill.

So far you have attended all the KZN regional races (Alex is from Gauteng), are you doing the whole series?

Alex: Yes, Ive done them all…doing them all. Yeah I just wanted to do all of the KZN series because we don’t have much riding up there.

What are you studying right now?

Alex: Mechanical Engineering. I want to design Santa Cruz motorbikes.

Tell us something about yourself that nobody knows?

Alex: But then everyone would know…

(Alex was wearing new knee and shin guards) What made you get those knee guards? Was it that photo of your legs on NSRMTB from the George national?

Alex: Yes. My pants were blowing up and you could see my (whistles)

Since you spend so much time here have you ever thought of moving down?

Alex: Yes, I have. I might move into Kelvins (Purchase) flat. Or cupboard.
